My recommendation is to build in this order — each piece stands on its own and the money loop only works once the Job spine exists. Tell me where to start.

THEN2 · The money loopDeposit & balance tied to each job, auto-matched to the bank. Closes reconciliation ↔ jobs.
THEN3 · InventoryParts in/out, linked to jobs so cost-per-car is automatic.
PHASE 3–44 · Client portal + camThe read-only client view and live video.
